What we collect
When you contact us for a quote, we collect the information you provide (name, phone number, email address, property address, description of the work, photos if you send them). We collect this because we need it to quote and carry out the job.
When you visit this website, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) records anonymised traffic data (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location by country and region, device type). We do not use this data to identify individuals.
What we do with it
We use your contact information to reply to your enquiry, to quote the work, and to carry out the job if we're engaged. We keep records of completed work for 7 years (HMRC requirement) plus certificate lodging obligations under our Competent Person Scheme.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it only with: our accountant (for invoicing), our Competent Person Scheme (for certificate lodging), HMRC (as required), and - if you specifically request it - with your solicitor or lender on remortgage or sale.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, to correct inaccuracies, to ask us to delete data we no longer have a lawful basis to hold, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
