Cliffsend housing profile
Cliffsend is a CT12 village on the south-west edge of the Ramsgate built-up area, running along the northern perimeter of the former Manston airport. Housing is dominated by post-war brick semis (1950s to 1970s), a smaller share of interwar semi, and modern estate infill from the 1990s onward. Almost universally the property has off-street parking, a driveway or integral garage, and a modern-ish consumer unit. That makes electrical work here the least complicated in the town.

Not the same as Ramsgate proper
Cliffsend sits in CT12, not CT11. It's administratively Thanet DC still, and we service it the same way we service Ramsgate proper. But it has none of the conservation-area, listed-building or historic-fabric friction that shapes work in the harbour and on the cliffs. Comparable jobs cost less here, take less time, and involve fewer paperwork visits.
